Confidentiality and website enquiry information

This page describes the public website enquiry process and helps you ask about information handling before an engagement. It is not a certification of legal compliance or a guarantee of absolute security.

Keep initial enquiries brief

Provide your business contact details, requested service, company, jurisdiction and timeframe. Area, industry, company type and communication preference are optional. Do not submit passwords, bank access details, identity documents, client ledgers or sensitive personal information. The public enquiry form has no document-upload facility.

How the website sends an enquiry

The existing form uses EmailJS to send your enquiry to DSB. Form information is transmitted to that third-party service over HTTPS. DSB also offers telephone, email and an owner-confirmed WhatsApp number. Choosing WhatsApp, email or Google Maps uses the relevant external service and its terms. The Google map on the contact page loads only when you request it.

Enquiry-response consent is separate from newsletter consent. The form includes the service, area or industry you provide and limited referral information to help route and understand the enquiry. Do not put confidential information in URL parameters.

Documents and professional confidentiality

Before sharing engagement material, ask DSB to confirm the purpose, named recipients, authorised access, delivery method and confidentiality terms. Ask how any necessary third-party processing will be handled. Do not treat ordinary email or a public enquiry form as a client-document portal, and do not send sensitive attachments by default.

Retention, access and deletion questions

Retention and deletion arrangements for engagement records need to be confirmed for the particular engagement and applicable requirements. This website does not publish an unverified fixed retention period, encryption-at-rest promise or staff-access certification. Ask DSB how to request access, correction or deletion and whether retention duties affect your request.

Website privacy and external content

Enquiry attribution uses the selected service, a limited source label and referring hostname where available. The website access-reporting configuration uses public page paths and referral categories rather than form message contents. Existing website delivery assets and services may also process technical connection information. Vendor retention, processing locations and any cross-border arrangements should be confirmed before confidential information is supplied.

AI-assisted processing

The public website is not a service for uploading documents to an AI assistant. Any proposed AI-assisted engagement workflow should be agreed separately, including its purpose, permitted information, access, vendor terms, retention, redaction and human review. Do not submit confidential financial information to a public chatbot as part of an enquiry.

Questions, concerns and incidents

Contact DSB using the details below to raise an information-handling concern or ask about privacy procedures. Avoid including sensitive evidence in an initial message; describe the issue and ask for an appropriate delivery channel. No specific response deadline or incident-response certification is promised here.

Client stories and professional evidence

This site uses illustrative scoping examples rather than named client cases on its Dubai area pages. No client endorsement or confidential relationship is implied. Firm approvals should be checked through the linked official directories.
